Premier Pool Coach
Coach Nick LaFave brings over 15 years of diverse coaching experience to the Club Premier Player Pool, having coached various sports at both recreational and competitive levels. Since 2017, he has focused on club soccer, dedicating himself to developing young athletes and fostering a love for the game.
Coach LaFave holds multiple coaching certifications, including USSF Grassroots 11v11 and 9v9 licenses, as well as the TOVO V1 certification. These credentials reflect his commitment to staying current with modern coaching methodologies and providing top-quality training to his players.
His biggest coaching accomplishment to date is helping lead the 2009 Girls to the Arizona State Cup Championship, a testament to his ability to develop and prepare players for high-level competition.
